What types of sessions do you offer?

I offer online and telephone counselling sessions for adults and young people aged 16 and over across the UK.

How long are sessions?

Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes.

Do you offer a discovery call?

Yes. A free 25-minute discovery call (optional) is available to discuss your needs and answer any questions before committing to counselling.

Is an initial assessment required?

Yes. An initial assessment is required before starting any ongoing counselling sessions.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone's needs are different, but I usually suggest starting with six sessions. This allows time to explore what has brought you to counselling and begin working towards your goals. After six sessions, we can review your progress together and decide whether continuing would feel helpful for you.

Do you offer clinical supervision for trainees?

Yes. I currently offer clinical supervision to qualified counsellors and counselling trainees in their second year of training or above, subject to their training and placement requirements.

How are supervision sessions delivered and what are the fees?

Supervision is delivered online or by telephone. Sessions are 90 minutes and cost £50. Limited concessionary places are available for trainee counsellors, offered as part of my CPCAB Level 6 supervised practice.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential in line with professional and ethical standards.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Sessions/appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Please see my Services and Fees page for full details.
