Straightforward pricing, no surprises
All sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams or by phone. Below is a breakdown of what counselling costs, followed by details of my separate clinical supervision service for counsellors and trainees.
Counselling fees
25-minute initial conversation
This call is an opportunity for you to decide whether counselling feels right for you and whether you'd like to work together. We'll talk about your needs and expectations, and I'll explain how the counselling process works. It's a relaxed chance to ask questions and decide if you'd like to go ahead, with no obligation.
Initial assessment consultation
The initial assessment helps us explore your needs and goals as we begin working together. We'll discuss what brings you to counselling and what you hope to gain. It takes place before your first counselling session, and the timing of the session is mutually agreed.
Individual counselling session (50 minutes)
Sessions are usually arranged at a regular agreed time each week, where possible. During these sessions, we'll work together to explore your experiences, challenges, and goals.
Limited concessions and supported spaces may be discussed during your free 25-minute initial conversation based on current diary availability.
How sessions work
- Counselling is for adults and young people aged 16 and over, anywhere in the UK.
- Sessions take place online via Microsoft Teams or by telephone — I don't offer in-person sessions.
- Everyone's needs are different, but I usually suggest starting with six sessions. After that, we can review together and decide whether continuing would feel helpful.
Availability
I currently offer counselling appointments during the following times:
- Weekday evenings: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Morning appointments (9:00 am – 10:00 am) may be available on request
All sessions are by appointment only.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client who may need it. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (DNA) will be charged the full session fee.
This cancellation policy applies to both counselling and clinical supervision sessions.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I'll always consider these on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact me.

Clinical supervision
I offer Integrative counselling supervision to qualified, newly qualified and trainee counsellors, providing a supportive, reflective and collaborative space to explore client work, ethical and professional practice, and ongoing development.
I am an accredited counsellor currently completing the CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision and developing my practice as a Supervisor in Training.
Supervision is £50 for a 90-minute session, with limited reduced-rate places at £40 for counselling students.
Supervision is offered one-to-one, online and by telephone UK-wide. I offer flexible monthly scheduling and a free 25-minute initial conversation to discuss your supervision needs and whether we would be a good fit.
