Autumn 2026
Stability, through every season.
Counselling and clinical supervision for life's complex seasons and everyday challenges.
Based in Oldbury, West Midlands, I provide BACP-accredited counselling for adults and young people aged 16+, online and by telephone, with clients across the UK. I specialise in complex trauma/C-PTSD, sight loss, chronic health conditions and neurodiversity-affirming therapy. I also work with everyday difficulties such as anxiety, stress, low mood and life transitions.

I'm Fran, and Navigating Seasons is my counselling practice. I work with people from all over the UK by video call or on the phone, so you can have your sessions from home or another private space where you won't be overheard. Here's where to find out more.

Navigating Counselling
Navigating Counselling is a four-part seasonal series, with a new article each season.
Not sure where to begin?
Most people start with a free 25-minute discovery call. It's a chance to ask questions, tell me a little about what's brought you here, and see whether working together feels right for you. There's no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Clinical supervision
I offer Integrative counselling supervision to qualified, newly qualified and trainee counsellors, providing a supportive, reflective and collaborative space to explore client work, ethical and professional practice, and ongoing development.
Supervisor in Training · CPCAB Level 6
I have particular interests in supporting practitioners working with complex trauma and C-PTSD, neurodiversity, chronic health conditions and sight loss.
